TIBCO GI Co-Founder to Speak at AJAXWorld 2007 East

Kevin Hakman Session Will Help Developers Evolve the 3-Tier Web App Model Toward a Full Service-Oriented Application Stack

Kevin Hakman, General Interface co-founder and director of product marketing for TIBCO Software, will be one of 125 speakers and presenters March 19-21, 2007, at AJAXWorld Conference & Expo 2007 East - the largest AJAX-focused speaker faculty ever assembled in one place at one time to discuss AJAX, Rich Internet Applications, and Web 2.0 from multiple perspectives.

"As a developer, you now need a new set of baseline skills to keep up amidst a plethora of XML, SOAP, JSON, and other types of information services that are being exposed, consumed, mashed up, and processed in new and innovative ways," says Hakman. "It’s happening not just with Google and craigslist, but also within businesses of all sizes," he adds.

In short, the way we built Web applications is rapidly changing. In his session, Hakman will discuss these new Web architectures and how you can evolve the classic three-tier Web application model toward a full service-oriented application stack complete with AJAX Rich Internet Application GUIs to deliver a new generation of more powerful, more scalable, and more richly featured Web applications.

In March 2007, at New York City's historic Roosevelt Hotel, over 1,000 developers, architects, IT managers, and software professionals of every stripe will be converging in New York City to attend the conference.
In addition to Kevin Hakman, delegates will be able to hear first-hand from other creators, innovators, leaders and early adopters of AJAX, and a slew of leading vendors will also be providing sneak peeks of new frameworks, tools, products and applications during the conference, which will have over 100 sessions and presentations given by 125 different speakers from a wide variety of backgrounds, including:
