SibSoft Releases XUpload v.2.4 with AJAX Support

New Version Features Added Tiny Upload Form and Brand New Progress Bar Mode

(SYS-CON Media) - Sibsoft, developer of Web-based solutions has released new XUpload 2.4 version with AJAX support. XUpload is an advanced upload progress bar indicator for web based file uploads written on Perl. XUpload lets you accept file uploads on your website and shows upload progress in real-time.

Upload progress bar could be shown in popup window or right on the upload page. It also shows upload progress in percents, upload speed (kb/s), elapsed and remaining time, size of uploading files (useful when uploading multiple files).

The features include:

* Real time progress bar: Upload info can be updated up to 50 times per second with actual data
* Upload speed meter: Both average and momental upload speeds can be tracked
* Controlled AJAX:  AJAX mode does not allow to reload progress bar window.  AJAX mode can be set ON or OFF in config
Popup upload progress bar: Upload progress information can be shown in pop-up window. Upload results can be seen even after the upload is complete
* Upload speed graph: One can visually track speed statistics and see upload speed peaks and lows
* Multiple files upload: Unlimited number of files can be uploaded at once
* Multilanguage support: Every error message is well-customizable in one config file

XUpload works on any hosting, virtual/shared or dedicated and on all platforms driven by Apache or IIS Web Servers - Linux or Windows.
